The homeowners wanted a complete custom build that blended modern architectural lines with warm natural materials and expansive interior spaces. Their vision included: - A bold two-tone exterior - Large-format windows that bring in natural light - A showroom-grade kitchen with dramatic stonework - Open-concept main floor for entertaining - Sleek glass staircase - Spacious bedrooms with clean layouts - A cohesive modern aesthetic inside and out The challenge was delivering a fully integrated design—balancing structure, flow, and high-end finishing—while ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and long-term comfort.

Our Solution

We built a custom modern estate that combines strength, elegance, and functionality: Exterior Architecture - Constructed a two-level modern structure with a striking contrast of dark wood siding and light stone veneer. - Installed large custom windows to maximize natural light and outdoor visibility. - Built an elevated backyard deck with frameless glass railings for clean sightlines and a premium finish. - Designed all exterior elements for long-lasting durability and year-round performance. Interior Design & Construction - Created a full open-concept main floor, connecting kitchen, dining, and living areas with uninterrupted flow. - Installed a custom glass staircase system, adding contemporary elegance and visual openness. - Finished all spaces with wide-plank hardwood flooring to maintain warmth and consistency. Luxury Kitchen Build - Crafted a statement kitchen featuring bookmatched black-and-white stone counters & backsplash. - Installed premium appliances, including a professional gas range and integrated fridge. - Added a massive waterfall island, blending high functionality with artistic stonework. - Used glossy cabinetry and minimalist hardware for a sleek, modern aesthetic. Bathroom & Bedroom Finishes - Built spa-inspired bathrooms with large slab marble-effect walls, modern fixtures, and custom vanities. - Delivered spacious, clean-lined bedrooms with upgraded lighting, closets, and natural brightness. - This custom home now stands as a modern estate—designed, engineered, and built to perform beautifully for decades.
