3. Estimates, Quotes & Proposals

All quotes are based on the information available at the time

Estimates are subject to change if project scope, materials, or site conditions change

Final pricing is confirmed only through a signed agreement

We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your project

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement

Payments may be tied to milestones (e.g., start, progress, completion stages)

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work

We reserve the right to charge interest or fees on overdue balances where permitted by law

5. Financing

B&Y Reno Corp may connect clients with third-party financing providers.

We do not provide loans or financial services

All financing agreements are between the client and the lender

We are not liable for financing decisions, approvals, rates, or disputes

6. Project Scope & Change Orders (CRITICAL)

All work is performed based on the agreed scope.

Changes to Scope

Any changes requested by the client must be documented as a change order

Change orders may affect:

price

timeline

materials

Work outside the original scope will not proceed without approval.

7. Site Conditions & Unforeseen Issues

Renovation projects may uncover hidden conditions, including:

structural issues

outdated wiring/plumbing

mold or water damage

code compliance issues

If discovered:

work may be paused

scope and pricing may be adjusted

These conditions are not included in original estimates unless explicitly stated.

8. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Delays may occur due to:

material availability

weather

inspections and permits

client delays (selections, approvals, payments)

unforeseen site conditions

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate project information

Make timely decisions and approvals

Provide site access during agreed working hours

Ensure the workspace is safe and accessible

Remove or protect personal belongings where required

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.

10. Permits & Compliance

Permit responsibility will be defined in the project agreement

Where applicable, work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations

11. Workmanship & Deficiencies

B&Y Reno Corp is committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Deficiency Process

Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe

We will assess and address valid deficiencies

We do not offer blanket refunds.

We resolve issues through repair, correction, or completion of work.

12. Materials & Finishes

Materials are subject to availability

Substitutions of equal quality may be made if necessary

Variations in color, texture, or finish may occur

Natural materials (e.g., stone, wood) may have inherent variations.

13. Warranty

Warranty details (if applicable) will be outlined in your project agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear

misuse or neglect

third-party modifications

damage outside our control

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

B&Y Reno Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the agreement

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

payment terms are not met

the client breaches this agreement

unsafe or unreasonable conditions exist

Clients may terminate according to terms outlined in their project agreement.

16. Use of Website

You agree not to:

misuse the website

submit false or misleading information

attempt to interfere with site functionality

17. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding) is the property of B&Y Reno Corp and may not be used without permission.

18. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph or document completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing.

19. Third-Party Services
