Designed and built in-house by B&Y Reno Corp — one crew, start to finish.

  1. In-home consultationWe visit the space, take measurements, and learn what you want changed.
  2. 3D designSee the plan rendered in 3D before anything is approved.
  3. Written proposalA fixed scope, timeline, and price — in writing, before work starts.
  4. Build & handoffOne licensed in-house crew builds it, with clear updates along the way. If it isn't right, we come back and fix it.
Sunrooms & Additions

Sunrooms, Solariums & Home Additions

Bally leads your design consultation. Your project is contracted and built by the system's certified builder.

  1. Design consultationBally walks your space and talks through which room fits — sunroom, solarium, or addition.
  2. Product & design selectionChoose the system, roof style, and finishes for your space and how you'll use it.
  3. Quote & contractA written quote, then a contract naming the certified builder who will complete the work.
  4. Installation & walkthroughThe certified builder's crew installs the system and walks you through the finished room.

On the Sunrooms & Additions line, Bally's role is Design Consultant & New Business Development. The certified builder — named on your contract — quotes, contracts, and completes the installation.
